High performance products are intended for OFF ROAD USE ONLY. Removing factory emissions equipment such as EGR, DPF, DEF, or Catalytic Converter, is against federal regulations set by the EPA. By purchasing and/or installing any of these high performance products, the customer releases One Stop Truck Shop, LLC of any liability, and assumes all responsibility for making sure the vehicle complies with ALL emissions regulations. By installing any products purchased from One Stop Truck Shop, LLC the customer assumes all risks, including but not limited to, loss of vehicle warranty, penaties and fines. One Stop Truck Shop, LLC can in no way be held liable for any of the customer’s actions.
